Welcome to vamtam.com. Your use and access to the website services, websites, communication tools, mobile applications, eCommerce tools, and other services (collectively the “Service”) that are available through the website and associated domains of https://vamtam.com (the “Site”) are subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms are the entire agreement between you and VamTam Ltd. By using the Service in any way, you agree to and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or guidelines posted on the Site. If you are using our Service for an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service uses cookies. By using the Service and agreeing to these terms of use, You consent to Our use of cookies following the terms of Our privacy policy.
Each purchase entitles one person, one license, for a single project in accordance with ThemeForest’s license terms. In addition, no parts of VamTam themes can be shared or re-purposed for multiple end users (i.e. blog network or platform allowing users to share VamTam theme functionality in whole or part) unless an individual license for each end user is purchased. Suppose you are found to be using VamTam themes or any VamTam product in a manner that violates any of these terms, in whole or part. In that case, we reserve the right to suspend your account and usage of VamTam themes and support packages, including, but not limited to, access to updates and our Help Desk.
Some features of the Service require payment of fees. If you elect to sign up for these features, you agree to pay Us the applicable fees and any taxes as described on the Service. All payments due are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment thereof. If Your use of the Service is terminated for any reason, whether by You or by Us, You will lose and forfeit any time remaining on Your account with Us.
You authorize us to bill the payment source. You provide Us with all applicable fees. If Your payment source is declined at any time (including, but not limited to, situations where we seek authorizations or charge attempts), we may make up to two attempts to reprocess Your payment source. We reserve the right to disable or cancel Your Service use immediately.
We reserve the right to change our prices and/or bundle certain parts of the Service together for pricing purposes and may do so at any time. You authorize us to make any reasonably necessary inquiries to validate your account and financial information.

The Money Back Guarantee applies to all themes available on themeforest.com.
1. Refund can only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Given the nature of digital content, if the files have been downloaded, you must have a valid reason to get a refund,
3. The time between us issuing a refund and you get your money back usually is 1- 2 days. All you need to do is fill out the form, and we will proceed with the refund ASAP.

5. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates of VamTam themes are made available to verified customers only through Envato Update API. Automatic updates can only be used on domains where a unique and valid purchase of the software was made and subsequently verified. Automatic updates are expressly prohibited on any site or sites that violate any of these terms or ThemeForest’s license terms (linked to in the section above). Customers understand and provide permission for VamTam themes to be updated automatically as new versions are released. Furthermore, customers understand that this is an optional service, not required to use the themes, and they further agree that VamTam is not liable for any problems that may arise from opting into automatic updates and activating them on a site.
Customers are certainly welcome to extend the functionality of their site with the use of 3rd party plugins. However, our policy is that unless they are integrated (bundled) into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Layered Slider, our own Extensions, etc), then we can not provide support or guarantee compatibility. The customer’s responsibility is to implement, customise, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Technically speaking, since all VamTam themes were developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with VamTam themes, however, due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with the software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme. For plugins integrated into the theme, support covers product-related questions (no customization).
VamTam is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any third party’s service, product, software, content, or website (collectively, “Third Party Materials”) whether or not you were linked to or directed to any Third Party Materials through the Site. Third-Party Materials, such as email, e-commerce and payment services, including but not limited to PayPal payment options, may be subject to the applicable third-party terms of service and privacy policies, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, agreeing to, and complying with any such terms before you use any Third Party Materials. Your use of any Third Party Materials is at your discretion and risk. Do not download or use the Third Party Materials if you do not agree to the third party’s terms of service or license agreement. Your use of any Third Party Materials obtained through the Service does not transfer to you any rights, title, or interest in or to the Third Party Materials beyond the terms contained in the third party provider’s terms of service or license. Any reference on the Site to any Third Party Materials is not an approval or endorsement by us of such Third Party Materials. VamTam may receive a commission on some or all of the sites it links to when a visitor referred by VamTam makes a purchase, signs up for a trial, becomes a member, or any similar action on those sites.

We provide support via an email-based ticketing system.
Support Hours
We do our best to monitor the tickets around the clock, however, this is not always possible due to different timezones. We have a support team of 5+ who reply to tickets throughout the day. Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Saturday – Sunday, but is usually faster than that.

Bug Fixing
Our commitment is to fix all theme bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. We can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours during our general support hours. Please note a BUG is not a problem unique to your site/installation and should be easily replicated on any server.

- In-Dashboard Contextual Help. There are little helpers everywhere in the interface that let you retrieve quick information about the particular fields you are currently viewing.
You are not allowed to use any images that come with our demo content unless we explicitly say it is permitted. These assets act only as placeholders to give you an idea of how your website might look. Change those images with your own or buy the appropriate license if you intend to use them.
In some of the themes, we have bought appropriate licenses for distribution, and the clients can utilize the images for their projects.
